On March 5-16, 2018, PINSP FERNANDO T GALANG facilited the conduct of D.A.R.E. Officers Training attended by 48 personalities composed of 36 PNP personnel from NCRPO and 12 Philippine Army personnel from Civil Military Operations Regiment held at Selah Garden Hotel, Pasay City.

On February 5 – 16, 2018, SPO4 Fernando T Galang facilitated the conduct of D.A.R.E. Officers Training as attended by 48 PNP personnel of PRO7 held at Camp Sergio Osmeña Sr., Cebu City.
